40th Disabled Persons Gathering 2026 at Grmovškov dom

This year, Kope will host the 40th traditional Disabled Persons Gathering, one of the largest events of its kind in Slovenia, which brings together several thousand participants from across the country every year.

The event, traditionally organized by the Slovenj Gradec Disabled Persons Association, is an important opportunity for socializing, connecting and spending active time in nature. Past gatherings at Kope have drawn more than 2,500 participants from over 30 disabled persons associations, confirming its exceptional significance and recognition.

The gathering will take place in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere at Grmovškov dom, where visitors can look forward to a varied program — from cultural performances and music to social activities, sports games and the chance to ride the chairlift up to Velika Kopa.
